Commercial Partnerships Intern

About the role

As a Commercial Partnerships Intern, you’ll be part of how Parfumado grows through collaborations that feel relevant, inspiring, and worth sharing.

You’ll support the development and execution of commercial partnerships, Rocket Campaigns, and gifting initiatives. From first briefing to final delivery, you help make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and with attention to detail.

Working closely with the Commercial Partnerships Lead, you’ll contribute to building strong partner relationships, driving growth, and increasing brand visibility.

What you’ll do

• Support partnerships with media, retailers, partner brands, and fragrance houses

• Help execute Rocket Campaigns, brand activations, and gifting projects

• Track timelines, deliverables, and overall progress

• Collect input from internal teams and turn it into clear briefings and overviews

• Coordinate with Brand, Creative, CRM, Finance, and Operations

• Assist in creating sales materials, partner updates, and campaign documentation

• Monitor campaign performance (CTR, conversion, etc.) and support reporting

• Help manage commercial administration (forecasting, invoicing, documentation)

• Spot opportunities for improvement and share ideas

What you bring

• You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student (business, marketing, or similar)

• You are fluent in Dutch and English — Dutch is required for this role

• You are available for 6 months (4–5 days per week)

• Start date: September (earlier start, e.g. July, is also possible)

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and structured in your work

• You communicate easily and enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders

• You have an interest in partnerships, marketing, and brand activations

• You are proactive, hands-on, and comfortable juggling multiple projects

• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data and performance

• You like to think along, spot opportunities, and improve things
