Job description
For our Growth Marketing team we’re looking for an analytical and strategic strong colleague who is going to take care of owning and managing our CRM marketing and keep track of progress and results, by using data to understand how we can optimize our customer communication and flows.
As CRM Manager you are responsible for managing our CRM marketing channel, by defining the strategy, the roadmap, our creative direction and execution. You keep track of this progress and the result. You use data to understand how we can optimize our customer journey and email campaigns.. You report on this to our Head of Growth.
Your main tasks as a CRM manager:
Develop and implement CRM strategies and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and customer lifetime value (CLV) across 5+ markets.
Lead the process of all CRM activities and translate your strategy/ideas into a clear actionable roadmap.
Own our shop targets - KPIs and make sure driving results with email campaigns within our customer base.
Work together with internal stakeholders like Data & Analytics, Creative and Customer Service on bringing the strategic roadmap to life;
Ensure a flawless execution of all marketing communication towards our customers via monthly newsletters, automated journeys, transactional emails and flyers. A junior CRM specialist will be partnering you for the operation with your guidance.
Manage and coach the CRM specialist.

This is what we would like to see in your profile as a CRM Manager:
3+ years of experience in CRM & email marketing in a similar role, preferably in DTC subscription business.
Experience in marketing automation and setting up customer journeys;
Strong understanding of ESP’s such as Klaviyo, Customer.io or similar.
Interest and ability to create creative campaigns by collaborating closely with internal creative - design team.
Strong affinity with data analytics, interpreting data and converting it into insights and activities (via Excel/Google Sheets)
Familiar with web analytics software (Google Analytics) and business intelligence tools (Tableau or similar)
Strong affinity with managing projects, processes and stakeholders.
Fluency in Dutch (written and verbal).
Strong communication skills;
