CRM Manager

For our Growth Marketing team we’re looking for an analytical and strategic strong colleague who is going to take care of owning and managing our CRM marketing and keep track of progress and results, by using data to understand how we can optimize our customer communication and flows, 

As our new CRM Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind all CRM activities across multiple markets. You’ll be hands-on in creating and optimizing campaigns and journeys, while also coordinating the day-to-day operations together with the CRM specialist. In this role, you’ll ensure flawless execution, testing and optimization, while working with our CRM consultant (strategic lead) to translate the bigger roadmap into impactful initiatives.

Your main tasks as a CRM manager:

  • Hands-on execution and ownership of CRM campaigns, automated journeys, transactional comms and flyers.

  • Manage and coach the CRM specialist, making sure campaigns are delivered on time and with quality.

  • Collaborate with the CRM consultant on translating the strategic roadmap into concrete actions.

  • Own the reporting on subscription & shop KPIs (retention, churn, ARPU, CLV) and proactively suggest improvements.

  • Work closely with Data & Analytics, Creative, Product, Brand Partnerships and Customer Service to bring (lifecycle) campaigns to life across email and new channels (SMS, in-app, DM).

  • Continuously test, learn and optimize CRM efforts to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value.

  • Manage and coach the CRM specialist.

This is what we would like to see in your profile as a CRM Manager:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM & email marketing in a similar role, preferably in DTC subscription business. 

  • Experience in marketing automation and setting up customer journeys;

  • Strong understanding of ESP’s such as Klaviyo, Customer.io or similar. 

  • Interest and ability to create creative campaigns by collaborating closely with internal creative - design team. 

  • Strong affinity with data analytics, interpreting data and converting it into insights and activities (via Excel/Google Sheets)

  • Familiar with web analytics software (Google Analytics) and business intelligence tools (Tableau or similar)

  • Strong affinity with managing projects, processes and stakeholders.

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and verbal).

  • Strong communication skills;
