Finance Internship

For our Finance team, we are looking for an eager and curious intern who enjoys understanding numbers, spotting discrepancies, and working in a structured way. In this role, you combine thinking and doing: you communicate easily with colleagues, maintain oversight, and are given the space to help build Europe’s #1 perfume discovery platform. The impact you will make

• You support the Financial Controller and make a valuable contribution to control processes, month-end closings, and financial reporting;

• You act as the connecting link between different teams to ensure administrative tasks are handled accurately and on time;

• You support in deep-dive analyses to make reporting and processes more efficient.

What you will do

• Process incoming invoices and financial transactions;

• Check goods receipts against invoices and identify discrepancies;

• Assist with various tasks related to the month-end closing process.

What you bring
What we like to see in our new finance colleague

• You are in the final phase of an MBO level 4 programme or currently enrolled in a HBO/WO degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics;

• You are available 4 to 5 days per week for a hands-on internship of approximately 5 months;

• You work accurately, enjoy structured thinking, and get energy from numbers and processes;

• You have basic knowledge of administrative processes and internal controls, and know your way around Excel;

• You are eager to learn, reliable, analytical, and enjoy investigating and improving things;

• You communicate clearly in both Dutch and English and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different teams.
