Growth Marketing Intern - CRM

For our growth team we’re looking for a strong intern who is going to take care of the operations in CRM marketing within growth marketing team. 

As a CRM marketing intern, most of your focus will be supporting CRM marketing operations. This includes supporting the creation of emails campaigns, reaching out to specific audience segments, brainstorm on different communication angles and so on. You will report and analyse CRM campaigns and aim to achieve qualitative retention KPIs within our growth plan targets. Aditionally, you’ll work closely together with our CRM Marketer, CRM Manager, and other colleagues of the marketing- and the Content & Design team.

Your main tasks:

• Supporting the creation of email and flyer campaigns by briefing, collecting and creating assets when needed. 

• Contributing to the ideation of different marketing campaigns by collaborating with the creative team. 

• Analyzing and reporting campaign, email, flyer performance based on specific KPIs.

• Set up and analyse A/B tests to optimize messaging, design and timing.

• Help building and improving customer journeys and automated flows within our CRM tools.

• Understanding Parfumado users to identify improvement areas within communication.

This is what we would like to see in your profile as a CRM Marketing Intern:

• You are currently studying (or have recently finished) at HBO or university level, in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field

• Knowledge & interest in CRM - growth marketing.

• You are analytical and able to make decisions based on data.

• You make contact easily, you are creative and you are commercially oriented.

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch is a must and good command of the English language.

• You are available 4 or 5 days a week for at least 5 months (longer is also possible).

• You are based in Amsterdam or surroundings.
