CRM Marketing Intern – Growth Team

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to support our Growth Team with CRM marketing operations.
As a CRM Marketing Intern, you'll play a key role in executing and optimizing our CRM initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating email campaigns, brainstorming communication strategies, segmenting target audiences, and analyzing campaign performance. You’ll collaborate closely with our CRM Marketer, CRM Manager, and colleagues from the Marketing, Content, and Design teams to improve customer journeys and help drive our growth targets.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the creation of email and flyer campaigns by briefing stakeholders, collecting assets, and creating content where needed.
  
  

• Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and contribute to marketing campaign concepts.
  
  

• Analyze and report on the performance of CRM campaigns using key metrics.
  
  

• Set up and evaluate A/B tests to optimize messaging, design, and timing.
  
  

• Assist in building and improving automated customer journeys and CRM flows.
  
  

• Help identify opportunities to improve communication by understanding the needs of Parfumado users.

Job requirements:

This is what we would like to see in your profile as a CRM Marketing Intern:

• Currently studying (or recently graduated) at HBO or university level in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  
  

• Interested in CRM and growth marketing, with some relevant knowledge or experience.a
  
  

• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data.
  
  

• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
  
  

• Organizational skills – you know how to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  
  

• You're a natural communicator, creative, and commercially minded.
  
  

• Native-level Dutch and a good command of English are required.
  
  

• Available 4 to 5 days a week for a minimum of 5 months (longer availability is a big plus).
  
  

• You are based in Amsterdam or surroundings.
