To strengthen our Marketing team, we’re looking for a social-media savvy Influencer Marketing Specialist (part-time) in Amsterdam. You’ll support the Influencer Marketing Lead and help make sure our collaborations with creators run smoothly, from campaign planning to performance tracking.

Perfect for someone who is social-media savvy, hands-on, and eager to grow in the world of high-end fragrance, influencer marketing and digital brand building.

Your impact in this role

  • Coordinate influencer campaigns and gifting deals

  • Keep track of performance and report on results

  • Help grow our influencer network and brand visibility

What You’ll Do

  • Support planning, scheduling, and follow-up of influencer campaigns

  • Make sure go-live moments happen on time and within guidelines

  • Be the point of contact for creators and their agencies

  • Track post-campaign results and help report key insights

  • Suggest improvements to boost future performance

  • Manage gifting and barter collaborations from A to Z

  • Scout new talent that fits Parfumado’s brand

  • Stay on top of social trends and influencer best practices

Job requirements

  • In the final year of your Bachelor’s or studying for your Master’s in Business, Marketing or related field

  • Internship experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or a relevant field

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, tracking, and reporting

  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional team

  • Eager to learn, takes initiative, and stays calm under pressure

  • Passionate about social media, creators, and digital trends

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
