We’re looking for a Junior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team at Parfumado. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and launching our CRM campaigns and owning the execution of our life cycle flows primarily across email.

This role is perfect for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and excited to grow into lifecycle and retention marketing. You’ll help bring our CRM campaigns and journeys to life, from idea to send,  and make sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the Retention & Loyalty Manager and support across email, and other CRM channels like SMS and DM.

Your role as Junior CRM Marketeer

Planning & Coordination

  • Help plan and maintain the CRM calendar (campaigns + automated flows)

  • Translate ideas into clear tasks for copy, design, and build

  • Support segmentation and audience selection

  • Keep timelines tight and projects moving

Execution & Campaign Ownership

  • Build and launch CRM campaigns (email primarily)

  • Own the execution of lifecycle flows (welcome, churn, reactivation, etc.)

  • Coordinate with design, content, and data teams

  • Make sure everything is delivered on time

QA & Quality Control

  • Check campaigns before they go live:

    • Links

    • Personalization

    • Segmentation

    • Mobile & desktop layout

    • Scheduling & tracking

  • Ensure every send is clean and on-brand

  • Keep documentation organized and up to date

Performance & Learning

  • Track campaign performance (opens, clicks, retention impact)

  • Support reporting and share insights with the team

  • Learn what works and help improve future campaigns

Strategy & Foundation Building

  • Support the development of lifecycle and retention strategies

  • Think along on how we improve our customer journeys over time

  • Help build and document scalable CRM processes and best practices

  • Contribute ideas that strengthen the long-term foundation of CRM

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within a DTC subscription or e-commerce environment.

  • Hands-on experience with ESP/CDP tools such as Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail, and has a desire to optimize at every step. Familiar with audience segmentation and customer flows.

  • Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics) and BI tools (Tableau or similar).

  • Organized and good at managing multiple projects.

  • Clear and kind communicator, works well as part of a team/

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Eager to learn and grow into a more strategic role/
