Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Growth team. You’ll play a key role in turning data into real business impact across our full customer funnel, from acquisition and activation to retention and reactivation.

Your insights will help drive strategy, power experimentation, and elevate performance across CRM, paid media, and our website. You’ll build dashboards, dive deep into customer behaviour, and shape how we think about lifetime value and segmentation.

What you’ll achieve

  • Growth campaign performance clearly tracked and translated into actionable improvements

  • Customer LTV insights and segmentation actively used to guide marketing strategy

  • Tableau dashboards and reporting infrastructure set up to support daily, data-driven decisions

What you’ll do

  • Act as the Growth team’s analytical backbone and sparring partner

  • Analyse paid media, CRM, website behaviour, and customer data

  • Build and optimise Tableau dashboards for real-time insights and reporting

  • Conduct deep-dives into referrals, churn, reactivation, and user journeys

  • Collaborate on KPI frameworks, testing design, and marketing attribution

  • Develop customer lifetime value models and behavioural segments

  • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical teams with clarity

Job requirements

What you bring

  • 4–6+ years of experience in analytics roles in e-commerce, DTC, or subscription businesses

  • Strong SQL skills (ideally Snowflake) and experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)

  • Understanding of GA4, customer journeys, and performance marketing funnels

  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen—you don’t just report, you advise

  • Self-sufficient, curious, and skilled at simplifying complexity

  • Clear communicator who can turn insights into impact

Bonus points for

  • Subscription analytics experience (e.g. LTV, churn, reactivation)

  • Familiarity with attribution models or experimentation frameworks

  • Hands-on experience with Python or dbt

  • Experience with quiz funnels or personalization journey!
