Team Lead Warehouse (Operations & Fulfillment)

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented colleague to ensure that our warehouse processes run smoothly, production quality remains high, and team productivity is maximized. Your mission is to put a smile on our customers' faces!

As Team Lead, you will support the Warehouse Manager in the daily management of the warehouse. You will be the first point of contact for our operations associates and ensure that processes run efficiently, quality standards are met, and the team performs in a positive environment. You will oversee production and fulfillment tasks, optimize processes, and assist with logistics and HR-related duties.

Your main responsibilities as Warehouse Team Lead:

• Lead and motivate the team of operations associates to achieve optimal performance

• Prepare and oversee production and fulfillment processes, monitor progress and quality

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace to enhance efficiency and team productivity

• Perform administrative tasks such as packing lists and inventory management

• Identify and implement process improvements and support optimization projects

• Strong leadership skills and a sense of responsibility

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics

• Analytical mindset to improve processes using data

• A structured work style and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English

For this position, you must have a valid residence and work permit. Additionally, no parking is available on-site.
